All the items are cleaned and washed before delivery.

 

Q How do I figure out my size?

A All garments are vintage items and can vary from the standardised clothing sizes of today. Our garment measurements are taken in cm with the item laid flat. Please visit our Size Guide to get full information on how we measure different items, or contact us on Instagram @_attictreasure if you need any help with sizing. 

 

Q There are ratings for the condition of the item. How do you determine those ratings?

A The majority of items in our vintage and retro catalogue are used items and subsequently, not all items will be perfect. Please visit our Condition Guide to see the full condition rating chart.

 

About Order

 

Q What if I have not received my order?

A If you have tracking number, you can go to our order tracking page. If not, please feel free to contact us at attictreasure.hk@gmail.com for an updated on the status of an order.

 

Q How can I pay for my order?

A We accept the following payment: PayMe, FPS.

Q Is it safe to order online?

A You can rest assured that shopping with our website is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.

Q What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

A We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect. Please send us a message to @_attictreasure / attictreasure.hk@gmail.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.


Q Can I make changes to my order?

A Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details.

 

About Delivery

 

Q What are my delivery options?

A We use SF express to ship our deliveries in Hong Kong. You can enjoy free shipping on order over HKD600, otherwise, there is a HKD 25/ HKD30 shipping fee per order.

Q What countries do you deliver to?

A We currently deliver to following countries: Hong Kong, Macau. 

Q How long does delivery take?

A Delivery typically takes between 2-6 business days.
